OK. So, let's work on this together. The 12 days of Christmas writers version. What should be included. Some of my thoughts . . . .
On the 1st day of Christmas my writing buddies gave to me . . .
A lattee that is sugar free . .. .
On the 2nd day of Christmas my writing buddies gave to me . . .
2 Sharpenend pencils
and a lattee that is sugar free . . . .
OK peeps. What else needs to go in the writers 12 days of Christmas? I'll post the final version when it's complete.

One charged laptop, two pairs of reading glasses, three cups of coffee, four chocolate cookies, five eager agents...
10 fingers flying,
9 chapters written,
8 villains scheming,
7 sidekicks giggling,
6 shocking plot twists
5 cups of TEA (da de dum dum dum dum)...
Mary and Jacqui, those are good too!
Keep 'em coming guys! :0)
I like Jacqui's, but I'd go for coffee over tea (bad I know)!
What a cute idea, Christy!
I really like Jacqui's!
Here's my feeble attempt:
Five Golden Opportunities
Four Calling Editors
Three Ink Pens
Those are good ones too guys!
Angela, I'd take coffee over tea too. Most of the time.
four calling editors is a must! That one definatly makes the list! :0)

The ultimate: 12 book deals, 11 book signings, 10 good reviews, 9 best sellers, 8 packs of erasable pens, 7 Starbucks gift cards, 6 hours quiet, 5 days off, 4 new ideas, 3 photo opportunities, 2 airplane tickets and an autographed copy of my favorite author's latest.
Oh, these are all so good. I can't even think of any!
OMG! I just posted something like this on my blog. LOL! I guess great minds think alike.
12 Newbery Awards
11 movie deals
10 agents glammering
9 limousines
8 Swiss accounts
7 fawning editors
6 works in progress
5 Pulizers!
4 world wide tours
3 private jets
2 cozy mansions
and Nobel Prize for all the world to see!
(I don't ask for much do I? heehee)
sugar free lattee?? Who the %#@$! wants a sugar free lattee? What kind of crappy buddies do you have??
Good ones Kathy!
Thanks for peeking in, Rena :0)
Christina, you must be my twin genius
Well, I always get my lattee's sugar free, so . . . that answer would be "me" but, maybe I should put new friends on my list. how about 12 new friends and 11 regular lattes and 1 that is sugar free.
Christy, just eat the friggen sugar!!
Ian, when I drink sugar leaden lattes, impish elves come out of the wood-works and talk me into doing unspeakable things. Sugar free is safer. Trust me.
I see naughty elves. (said in 6th sense whisper)
